Lucy is Agent Weebley’s wife and Nerfy’s Mum. She calls him Weebley, as she thinks he is deluded into thinking he is an “Agent.” Although she puts up with his antics here, she is a little ticked that he does everything here for free . . . and no-one can see the value in their Meritocracy . . . i.e. no funding is forthcoming. She may stop him from continuing with this site if this situation persists too long. However, she did divulge to me that she is allowing this site to play out as long as possible, so that a future group of selfless people will be able to understand the Meritocratic Steganographic Boilerplate we have created, and put it to good use for all Earth people’s benefit. “Maybe the world is not yet ready for a Meritocracy,” she said.
