This fellow made a brief appearance here, but he sounded like Plastiki to Agent Weebley. I was not so sure at the time, but Agent Power Elite corrected me. He and Agent Weebley had a long public discussion, where Agent Sparky revealed some rather aggressive tendencies. He may be back for more.
