We don’t know too much about this chap, as he is deep undercover with the Elite that run this world. They don’t actually run the world, per se, but no-one else seems to have been able to get everyone together so we can run it ourselves without arguments, wars and killing. So The Power Elite simply keep everyone apart using money games as weapons . . . and we kill each other over it. . . . Stupid, eh?
